Brian Dunlap - Route Manager

Brian started with Living Water in June of 2005.  Brian is from Brewster (Coulee), Washington. Brian did maintenance at Steamboat Rock State Park before starting his first season with LW. Brian loves rock climbing, scuba diving and camping.  He also likes to take his golden retriever, Dexter for hikes.  Brian is an "adrenaline junkie".  Brian provides our customers with excellent customer service and spray applications.  We are blessed to have Brian here at Living Water.

Russ Wallace - Idaho Branch Manager

Russ Wallace came to us from Perma-Green in January of 1999.  Russ and Mike worked together previously. Russ has been a great asset to our team as a Salesman, Sales Manager and now Production Supervisor. Russ is the Manager of the Living Water Idaho branch. Russ is married to Teresa and they have Madison 18, Abby 11 and Andrew 5.  Russ referees basketball games and plays softball in his spare time.  Everyone loves Russ.

Carolyn Alvarez - Office/Sales Manager

Carolyn Alvarez has been employed with Living Water since May 28th, 2002.  Carolyn believes in excellence and professionalism and always gives a 110% in all that she does.  In late July of 2005, Carolyn was promoted to Office Manager.  In 2008, Carolyn stepped in as our Sales Manager as well.  Isn't she amazing! We are very blessed to have such a dedicated, loyal and hardworking member of our management team.  Carolyn has three children—Kaileen 17, Leilani 13 and Tristin 11.  They are her pride and joy.  Carolyn recently bought a new home in the valley.

John Starkey - General Manager

John Starkey started with Living Water in February of 2003 as a Lawn Technician.  John quickly moved from Technician to Route Manager.  In Fall of 2005, John was promoted to Production Manager. January of 2008 John was promoted to Asst. General Manager. In July of 2008, John was promoted to General Manager.  Living Water was blessed when we found John.  John is excellent with Customers and Employees and has a mind for the future of Living Water.  John is married to Kendra and they have a daughter, Jayden and a son, McCoy.  John's hobbies include collecting, flying and racing RC planes. 

Jared Evers - Production Manager

Jared started with our team in February of 2006.  Jared was promoted to Production Manager in January 2008. Jared has two dogs, "Dixie" and "Manny" and a cat "Clark". Jared is an extremely hard worker.  He loves to golf.  Jared has a jovial spirit and we are glad he is a part of our team. Jared is just recently married to his sweetheart Heidi. 

Virgil Stripes - Customer Service Specialist

Virgil has been with Living Water since June of 2006. Virgil started at Living Water as a Route Manager. In January of 2007 Virgil took the fast paced position as Customer Service Specialist.  Virgil specializes in helping each customer and technician with their individual needs and concerns. Virgil and Denise have been married for 22 years.  They have three children, Jonathan 21, David 14 and Kathryn 12.  Virgil recently served in Iraq for one year and was in the military for 24 years.  We are blessed to have him as a member of out staff.  Virgil's hobbies include computers and wood working.  Give Virgil a big THANK YOU, when you call in.

Steve Baldwin - Route Manager

Steve started with Our Company in September of 2004. Steve spent 25 years in the resturant management field before coming to Living Water.  He is single and loves hunting and camping.  Steve's claim to fame is that in high school, when pitching for Shadle Park H. S., he struck out Ryan Sandberg. Steve is a blessing to us and to our customers.

Julie Harper - Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

Julie started with Living Water in April of 2007.  Julie has been a tremendous asset to the Living Water Administration and Customer Service Team.  Julie has two sons, Tyler 10 and Travis 7.  She loves her boys and spending time with them.  In addition, Julie possesses a great variety of talents and hobbies...such as rebuilding VW Beetles, teaching yoga (she instructs a class for employees each week) and recently graduated massage school in 2008.  Julie is also amazing on the phone with our customers. Way to Go Julie, YOU are awesome, and we are blessed to have you with us. 

Jeremy Schulz - Route Manager

Jeremy joined our team in January of 2007.  Jeremy has two kids, Mykaya 5 and Laney 3. Jeremy likes to golf, snowboard and appreciates all kinds of music.  Jeremy is an easy going and well liked addition to our team.  The customers love him and keep telling us so. Way to go Jeremy.

Mike and Lisa Fairburn - President/Vice President

Mike and Lisa met in February of 1989, they married in April of 1991 and started Living Water one month later.  Looking back they have very few regrets.  They have a daughter Sara who is in college and playing basketball at Simpson University in Redding CA.  They are have a daughter Stephanie who is 17 and their youngest daughter Amelia who is 15.  Mike is from San Diego and loves to surf, exercise and hang out with "his girls".  Lisa enjoys exercising, helping others and being with her family.  They have a great team here at LIVING WATER.  "Without Jesus and the Living Water Team, we could not have done what we have done."  Many thanks!
