Alvarez - Office Manager
Carolyn
Alvarez has been employed with Living
Water since May of 2002. Carolyn
believes in excellence and professionalism
and always gives 110% in all that
she does. In late July of 2005,
Carolyn was promoted to Office Manager. During
her time at Living Water, she has
worn many hats, and has done a great
job. She is amazing! We are very
blessed to have such a dedicated,
loyal and hardworking member of our
management team. Carolyn has
three children—Kaileen 19, Leilani
16 and Tristin 13. They are
her pride and joy.

Kaileen
Alvarez - Customer Service
Kaileen
Alvarez has worked at Living Water
off and on for several years, as the
daughter of our office manager, Kaileen
worked during her high school summers
in data entry and customer service.
She joined us in February 2010 full
time as a customer service representative.
She likes pigs, and singing in her
car. Her hobbies include hiking and
reading. We are blessed to have her
on our team.

Pat
Boyle - Sales
Pat
joined Living Water in 2009 as a Salesman.
He has been in the green industry
for 20 years. With his vast experience,
he brings a lot to the Living Water
team. We are fortunate to have him
and appreciate his knowledge and dedication.
He has been married for 19 years.
Pat and his wife, Laura have a son,
Conner who is 8. Pat likes food, and
his hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Mike
Chinn - Route Manager
Mike
joined the Living Water team in July
of 2010. He has become a very valuable
part of our team in a very short time.
He is single, and has 2 daughters,
Cassandra and Jessica. He enjoys spending
time with his daughter Jessica and
doing volunteer activities with his
church. His hobbies include caring
for his Koi pond, SCUBA diving, and
building with old barn wood. Mike
is a very valuable part of the Living
Water family.

Brian
Dunlap - Route Manager
Brian
started with Living Water in June
of 2005. Brian is from Brewster
(Coulee), Washington. Brian did maintenance
at Steamboat Rock State Park before
starting his first season with LW.
Brian loves rock climbing, scuba diving
and camping. He also likes to
take his golden retriever, Dexter
for hikes. Brian is an "adrenaline
junkie". Brian provides
our customers with excellent customer
service and spray applications. We
are blessed to have Brian here at
Living Water.

Mike
and Lisa Fairburn - President/Vice
President
Mike
and Lisa met in February of 1989,
they married in April of 1991 and
started Living Water one month later.
Looking back they have very few regrets.
They have a daughter Sara who recently
graduated from college and got married.
They have a daughter Stephanie who
is 20 and their youngest daughter
Amelia who is 17. Mike is from
San Diego and loves to surf, exercise
and hang out with "his girls".
Lisa enjoys exercising, helping others
and being with her family. They
have a great team here at LIVING WATER.
"Without Jesus and the Living
Water Team, we could not have done
what we have done." Their
latest adventure together is launching
a Life Center church plant called
City Church Spokane. (for more info

Fisher - Route Manager
 I'm
happy to be at Living Water where
I have the opportunity to serve at
my Church because of the schedule
they have graciously given me. I'm
excited to be a part of a team that
prides itself on integrity and quality
work.

Kris
Kamerer - Route Manager
Kris
has worked at Living Water since the
spring of 2008 and started out as
an aerator. Now a Route Manager, he
does his best to ensure that all of
his customers receive the best care
possible. Kris enjoys camping, snowboarding
and the outdoors. He and his fiancee
Breanne are the parents of Silas,
a beautiful baby boy born in March
of 2009. They also have 2 dogs, Moses
and Lilly. Kris looks forward to serving
the Living Water community for years
to come.

Jesse
Kinerson - Sales
Jesse
has been at Living Water since February
2010, and although he started in marketing,
he demonstrated a proficiency that
enabled him to move up to route manager.
He did a great job taking care of
our customers in the valley, and has
joined the sales team this season.
Jesse loves Jesus, his wife Alisha,
and their two children, Reese 3, and
Emery 1. He says his kids, "Brighten
my world." Jesse always does
his best and we look forward to many
more seasons with him as part of the
Living Water team.

Michael
Kotsala - Route Manager
Michael
joined our team in February 2009 as
a Route Manager. He moved here
from San Diego, California where he
worked as a Youth Pastor for 8 years.
Married to Hannah for eight wonderful
years, they have three children; Jacob
5, and Samantha 3, and Pamela 1.
Michael is very talented, and serves
as Worship Pastor at City
Church here in Spokane.
He loves music, sports, sailing and
of course spending time with his family.
Both Living
Water, and City
Church are blessed to have Michael
as part of the team!

Eddie
Ramirez - Production Manager
 Eddie
joined our team this winter, and is
a great addition to the Living Water
Family. Eddie and his wife Keena have
been married for 21 years, and have
4 children. He is a musician, and
loves motorcycles, movies and ice
cream. Chinese food is his favorite.

John
"Duke" Starkey - General
Manager
 John
"Duke" Starkey started with
Living Water in February of 2003 as
a Lawn Technician. He is known
as Duke because his full name is John
Wayne Starkey. John quickly
moved from Technician to Route Manager.
In Fall of 2005, John was promoted
to Production Manager. January
of 2008 John was promoted to Asst.
General Manager. In July of 2008,
John was promoted to General Manager.
Living Water was blessed when we found
John. John is excellent with
Customers and Employees and has a
mind for the future of Living Water.
John is married to Kendra and they
have a daughter, Jayden and a son,
McCoy. John's hobbies include
collecting, flying and racing RC planes.

Russ
Wallace - Production Manager
Russ
Wallace came to us from Perma-Green
in January of 1999. Russ and
Mike worked there together previously.
Russ has been a great asset to our
team as a Salesman, Sales Manager
and now Production Manager. Russ is
married to Teresa and they have Madison
22, Abby 15 and Andrew 8. Russ
referees basketball games and plays
softball in his spare time.
Everyone loves Russ.
