Carolyn
Alvarez - Office Manager
Carolyn
Alvarez has been employed with Living
Water since May of 2002. Carolyn
believes in excellence and professionalism
and always gives 110% in all that
she does. In late July of 2005,
Carolyn was promoted to Office Manager.
In 2008, Carolyn stepped in as our
Sales Manager as well. Isn't
she amazing! We are very blessed to
have such a dedicated, loyal and hardworking
member of our management team.
Carolyn has three children—Kaileen
18, Leilani 15 and Tristin 12.
They are her pride and joy.

Pat Boyle - Sales
Pat
joined Living Water in 2009 as a Salesman.
He has been in the green industry
for 20 years. With his vast experience,
he brings a lot to the Living Water
team. We are fortunate to have him
and appreciate his knowledge and dedication.
He has been married for 19 years.
Pat and his wife, Laura have a son,
Conner who is 8. Pat likes food, and
his hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Brian Dunlap - Route Manager
Brian
started with Living Water in June
of 2005. Brian is from Brewster
(Coulee), Washington. Brian did maintenance
at Steamboat Rock State Park before
starting his first season with LW.
Brian loves rock climbing, scuba diving
and camping. He also likes to
take his golden retriever, Dexter
for hikes. Brian is an "adrenaline
junkie". Brian provides
our customers with excellent customer
service and spray applications. We
are blessed to have Brian here at
Living Water.

Mike and Lisa Fairburn - President/Vice President
Mike
and Lisa met in February of 1989,
they married in April of 1991 and
started Living Water one month later.
Looking back they have very few regrets.
They have a daughter Sara who recently
graduated from college and got married.
They have a daughter Stephanie who
is 19 and their youngest daughter
Amelia who is 16. Mike is from
San Diego and loves to surf, exercise
and hang out with "his girls".
Lisa enjoys exercising, helping others
and being with her family. They
have a great team here at LIVING WATER.
"Without Jesus and the Living
Water Team, we could not have done
what we have done." Their
latest adventure together is launching
a Life Center church plant called
City Church Spokane. (for more info

Kris
Kamerer - Route Manager
Kris
has worked at Living Water since the
spring of 2008 and started out as
an aerator. Now a Route Manager, he
does his best to ensure that all of
his customers receive the best care
possible. Kris enjoys camping, snowboarding
and the outdoors. He and his fiancee
Breanne are the parents of Silas,
a beautiful baby boy born in March
of 2009. They also have 2 dogs, Moses
and Lilly. Kris looks forward to serving
the Living Water community for years
to come.

Betty Schofield - Bookkeeper
Betty and her husband moved to the Spokane
Area in 2007 and built their own home,
doing most of the work themselves.
Betty joined our team in August of
2007 as our part-time bookkeeper,
but was soon working pretty much full-time.
She and her husband of 26 years, Irv
have 4 sons, 3 are married, with 14
grandchildren. She boasts of
2 dogs, and 3 cats. Her hobbies
include Furniture arrangement (I.R.I.S.
certified), reading, yard work and
quad racing in the desert.

Matt Sellers - Route Manager
Matt
Joined our team in February 2009,
and we are blessed to have him with
us. He began as an Aerator technician,
and has become proficient as a Route
Manager. He is a quick learner,
and takes pride in always doing his
best. His hobbies include hunting,
snowmobiling and spending time with
his son, Tanner who is 3.

John "Duke" Starkey - General Manager
John "Duke" Starkey started with Living Water in February of 2003 as a Lawn Technician. He is known as Duke because his full name is John Wayne Starkey. John quickly moved from Technician to Route Manager. In Fall of 2005, John was promoted to Production Manager. January of 2008 John was promoted to Asst. General Manager. In July of 2008, John was promoted to General Manager. Living Water was blessed when we found John. John is excellent with Customers and Employees and has a mind for the future of Living Water. John is married to Kendra and they have a daughter, Jayden and a son, McCoy. John's hobbies include collecting, flying and racing RC planes.

Virgil
Stripes - Production Manager
Virgil
has been with Living Water since June
of 2006. Virgil started at Living
Water as a Route Manager. In January
of 2007 Virgil took the fast paced
position as Customer Service Specialist.
After spending 2009 as a Route Manager,
he has been promoted to Production
Manager for 2010. Virgil's goals
include doing his best at all times,
and giving each customer the care
they deserve. Virgil and his wife
Denise have been married for 23 years.
They have three children, Jonathan
22, David 16 and Kathryn 14.
Virgil recently served in Iraq for
one year and was in the military for
24 years. We are blessed to
have him as a member of out staff.
Virgil's hobbies include computers
and wood working.

Russ Wallace - Sales
Russ
Wallace came to us from Perma-Green
in January of 1999. Russ and
Mike worked there together previously.
Russ has been a great asset to our
team as a Salesman, Sales Manager
and now Production Supervisor. Russ
is married to Teresa and they have
Madison 20, Abby 13 and Andrew 7.
Russ referees basketball games and
plays softball in his spare time.
Everyone loves Russ.
